Different surnames in passport and certificates

Hi.

I graduated and completed internship from India. I am planning to apply for PLAB 1.
I have a different surname in my passport (Aiswarya Narayanan) and my degree certificates (Aiswarya NarayananKrishnamoorthy). When i appear for IELTS it will have the name as in my passport.

Will i have any problems while uploading my IELTS results or booking a plab test if i go forward with two different surnames?
