Does our experience matter in NHS?

Hello,
I have finished my MBBS in 2014 and since then I’ve been working in critical care . I am planning to write my PLAB 1 exam in Nov2022 .
So my question is will there be a problem if I apply for GMC .
If not than how can I use this expirence for my advantage during job hunt.

Hello Dr Yesh ,
As a medical student Im still navigating the path to UK. But as far as i have observed work experience always helps in applying for a job as it shows that a medical professional has been in constant practice and there are no gaps in the CV.
