Finishing date/passed date

hello
i’m a bit lost when it comes to GMC registration and the finishing date/passed date

** last exam : 03/11/2020*
** 6th year (final) transcripts were issued on 07/12/2020*
** internship (mandatory) : 15/12/2020 → 15/12/2021*
** provasional diploma will be issued in march 2022 (without a date)*
** final diploma will most likely be issued in 2023 or 2024*

when i registered i didn’t have the date of my last exam (03/11) so i filled that slot with 07/12
did i make a mistake ?
