Hello. I graduated from India recently and looking forward to the PLAB route. I am interested in the PAEDS specialty, and according to your video on pads, we have to pursue ST1 training after graduation if we seek an equivalent FY2 course in pediatrics in our home country. My question is, can we apply to ST1 junior clinical fellow in paeds after GMC registration or should I pursue a Pediatric fellowship of one year (UK approved) in my home country before moving to the UK?
What first job should I apply to that will increase my chances of getting into paeds specialty?
