I am currently working as a trust grade SHO.
For doing locums my trust asked me sign
the opting out ewtd form.
If I sign it, will I have to get indemnity
separately or the trust will cover it?
In the form it says " Any activity carried out by clinicians which would be the subject of an indemnity if carried out during “allotted” hours will be treated no differently under our schemes because that work was being done outside those hours (reference circular 07/01, [nhsla])."
