I went through the blog on how to open a GMC Online Account.
I wanted to ask that whether it will be possible for me to make an account with just my final exam pass date and IELTS Score ( as i wont be getting my diploma so soon )

Yes, I was able to open a GMC account and add my IELTS score later on 
The PLAB booking section will become available after your IELTS has been verified, they usually take a few days for this.

Oh, perhaps I misunderstood. If you mean your medical diploma / degree…
They did not ask me to provide evidence, I just stated an approximate date where I would be awarded my degree (I currently have a provisional one).
