Is there any benefit to applying for jobs via an agency in addition to NHSJobs and HealthJobs?
Also, what exactly are bank doctors and can IMG’s apply to be bank doctors as their first job?

A bank doctor is a fully qualified doctor who is temporarily covering a position in a hospital. Usually sponsorship for visa isn’t provided when hiring for those jobs, so you’ll need right to stay/work in the UK in order to apply. If you already have those, you can definitely go for a bank job as your first one.
