Can visa requiring candidates apply for FY2 standalone or only someone with right to work in UK can apply?

Someone please advise if visa requiring candidates can apply to FY2 stand alone posts?or is it only for UK based candidates and does someone with clinical gap can apply will they be long listed .

I have recently obtained full GMC registration through PLAB route and looking to apply for FY2 stand alone but I am a Canadian citizen and do-not have any current right to work in UK so do these FY2 stand alone programs give Certificate of sponsorship for Visa Application?

You will be granted a certificate of sponsorship on having a successful application just the same as you would for any other non training or specialty training job in the UK. The same is true if you applied for UKFP.
