Hi, My wife is currently planning to come to the UK under the Royal college of Physicians medical training Initiative (MTI) pathway. I believe that the visa category for application is a Tier 5 visa. I have been offered a consultant post in a NHS trust; can I work in this post after coming as a dependent of a Tier 5 visa?
