EPIC verification process

I would like to clear one of my doubts. EPIC verification is when they check our documents and verify it, right? I have my name as T S ROOPESH in my mbbs certificate and in my passport it is
‘Surname- Thekkekallarakkal Suresh’ (fullform of TS)
‘Given name - Roopesh’
Is that going to be problem during the EPIC verification process?
I am just about to write my Plab1, so if there is anything I could do, I could do it right away??
