I am a senior Surgeon from India ( 20 years experience) and just cleared the MRCS and OET, applying soon for the GMC registration (once the income discount is approved).
Can anyone please suggest me further course of action I should take so that I get a job with maximum CESR support to get into the speciality register as soon as possible?
Can I appear for the FRCS exam (Non-Training route)?
Is there any chance of getting into the training pathway CT3+ for a CCT at this stage of my career?
Should I take help of some recruitment agency? if yes which are the recommended ones?
Which kind of jobs I should be looking for and at what locations?
