What is the procedure to cancel your plab seat and give that to someone else?or how to get a seat that someone is willing to leave.
As i have seen mamy people post about seat cancellation and offering it to others.

Hello! 
There is no such procedure to cancel a seat and give it to a specific person, the seat becomes available on the GMC website and any person is able to book it.
Be wary of facebook posts and people taking advantage of PLAB-1 seat shortage, charging money for seats could lead to scams and dishonest behaviour that could impact your GMC registration process.
