Let’s assume that a dr couldn’t get into FY2 standalone in 2022 because of time restrictions (as applications are only accepted in January) . But he doesn’t want to wait at home. So he gets a NT job for the time being and next year he gets into FY2 standalone. My question is, when applying for imt afterwards, will it have a positive impact that you’ve also worked a year in NHS?
