Hello fellow doctors.
I have a query regarding my one year housejob/internship certificate.
I started my housejob/internship on 6th June 2022 ending on 5th June 2023.
The problem is that the certificate issuing institute has written the ending date as 21st June 2023. And this date makes my housejob/internship above 12 months.
The reason for this extension is that I took 15 days off during my internship and the institute said they will add those 15 days as an extra time due to which i finished my internship on 21st June 2023.
My question regarding this whole scenario is will GMC accept this pattern and the dates of internship certificate? Will it create problems for me later on while getting GMC registration?
If anyone can help answer my query and give their valuable input I’ll be thankful for their take on my query.
