Non Training on Dependent Visa and Switch to Training Job

Hi, I am currently on Dependent Visa in UK and would be appearing MRCOG Part 3 this November, if I get through the exam and registered with GMC.

  1. Can I straight away looking for Non-training jobs with dependent visa?
  2. Can I apply for training jobs (ST3) while working on non-training jobs on dependent visa and once I have the ST3, can I switch the visa to tier 2 or would there be any problem.

PS: I know once I switch the visa cat my ILR clock will reset.
