Hello i have passed my final graduation exam. But my university issues the graduation certificate after i finish my 1 year internship. After passing finl graduation exam university have issued a provisional graduation certificate. Can i put july 2023 which is the date i will be completing my internship as my “passed date” and create a gmc account ? And will i be lowed to book a seat for plab 1 for august 2023
