I’m a doctor working in Ireland and I thought to ask for some advice.
I wanted to know when do ST3 service jobs generally open up? At the moment, I am an SHO in my second year of imt equivalent training in Ireland and wanted to do an ST3 job where I can also participate on the generial medical rota as a registrar, so I wanted to know when ST3 equivalent jobs are generally advertised? At the moment i can literally only find around 4 cardiology ST3 jobs! Do they open up in 2024 after February or is there another time? (I am aiming to apply for 2025 entry to cardiology speciality training after the one year ST3 job). I am really struggling to ask anyone for advice on this matter and would be grateful if you knew anything about this!
