Can we apply for UKFP if the duration of our undergraduate medical education is 6 years without internship ? For us; in ukraine; the actual internship starts after graduation.

Yes, but you must hold provisional registration with a license to practice 
You will need your primary medical qualification and a pass in both parts of PLAB. You can read more about it here
